The Team One Group is made up of two distinct and separate entities combined to develop research, programs, and training solutions for the automobile, banking, recreational vehicle, and watercraft industries.
Summit Systems-
Summit Systems was established in 1992 as a result of a combined effort involving several automobile dealers and industry professionals. The sole purpose of the company is to develop processes for and effective training programs with a primary focus on F&I efficacy and Customer Satisfaction. Summit Systems actually created the F&I Menu process in the '90's and virtually all F&I Menu software and documents are licensed by Summit Systems or Team One Group. We have trained the program development managers and trainers for most of the larger product suppliers in the country, including JM&A, Western National, CNA, Central States, Southeast Toyota, Honda Financial, to name just a few.
Team One Research and Training-
Where "the rubber hits the road". Our training is research based and shares the techniques and methods we develop as the result of studying the top F&I performers in the country. Since 1995 Team One has trained almost 7000 automobile managers. We are the highest dealer rated training program in the country and are endorsed and/or recommended by over 100 manufacturers, agencies, and F&I product companies. We are unique in that we sell no products. This allows us to deal with the reality of the changes in the industry without any preconceived agenda.
